Just 'check-in' is fine (some rare cards may be collected), the rest you can decide based on your own situation.
After checking in, scroll down to 'participate' to enter the lottery (1+1+3000, meaning 3002 people can win).
The first two tasks require no cost, and there's no risk, it's purely free, and it's quick—just a few seconds each day to complete. The minimum reward is 0, and the maximum is one ETH, so I highly recommend participating. Other tasks may require some cost or need to trade contracts, please check the rules yourself!
