Westerners fomo over projects they like, frantically calling out.
The East, on the other hand, is completely opposite; it's best if others call out while they quietly wait for the sell-off—plus it can be further divided into two categories:
One category is the conspiracy groups, who get on board first, sending representatives out to call, not necessarily caring about quality or leading projects, but the key is to have the token.
The other category simply has a positive outlook, holds, and shares—but this latter group isn't sharing much these days.
