$USUAL contracts have been continuously providing fuel. Initially, I thought the reason for not rising was due to daily unlocks, but after checking, the real reason still comes from the contracts. Both long and short positions are exploding, and currently, the bulls are willing to provide more fuel, no wonder the market makers are reluctant to drive up the price.
