December 26 Summary and Early Morning Review:
On Thursday, the clouds finally parted to reveal the moon. After holding onto shorts for two days and morning setups, I finally managed to exit in the afternoon. The consistently bearish outlook was validated, with consecutive short positions yielding over 3300 points and over 3100 points cleared. The focus these past two days has primarily been on Bitcoin, so there wasn't much positioning in Ethereum, only capturing a 141-point space. The steadfastness over the days has finally lived up to fans' expectations, with all trades including short-term being fully bearish, and once again, we take off across the board!
Today's layout includes 4 trades in Bitcoin and 1 in Ethereum, totaling 9560 points! (See chart for details)
Currently, Bitcoin has paused after retracing to the 95000 mark in the afternoon. Although there has been a rebound, the momentum is weak, maintaining a consolidation range between 95000 and 97000. On the daily chart, as the price retraces, it has caused the indicators to emit downwards, while trading volume continues to weaken. Market buying sentiment is low, and there hasn't been significant buying interest in the short term. The likelihood of a substantial rally seems low, but there is some support showing below. Even if there's a retracement at midnight, the extreme position is likely to be around the 93000-93800 area, with short-term pressure concentrated in the 97000-98000 range. Given the current weak short-term pattern, it is advisable to first short in the concentrated pressure area. If key support is reached and not broken, then reconsider. Adjust the strategy not to anticipate a large drop, treating it as a wide fluctuation.
At midnight on Thursday, Bitcoin should short once near 97000, looking for a retracement to the 93500-93800 range. If it halts, then reverse to go long once and look for a rebound while paying attention to the 98000 line above. Although Ethereum has retraced, it remains within the range. At midnight, reference the area around 3400 to short once, looking for 3280, and if it halts, go long again!
