PANews reported on December 25 that, according to official news, the Network3 high-performance computing test network N3 Compute Network testnet has opened whitelist applications and will start staking mining on December 26 at 8:00 am (GMT+8). High-performance GPU providers can participate in staking mining while earning rental income. GPU renters can obtain high-performance computing at an average cost 50% lower than market prices. Computing power owners, developers, or institutions can apply for the whitelist through official channels. In addition, the platform plans to subsequently open joint mining functions for users without high-performance GPU devices, allowing users to participate in staking to earn token rewards. It is reported that Network3 has launched a Pre-TGE airdrop activity and plans to go live on several well-known exchanges in January next year.
N3 Compute Network's launch marks further improvement of Network3 in the field of decentralized Edge AI infrastructure. It upgrades from inference of small model applications in Edge AI to supporting computationally intensive tasks such as training, fine-tuning, and data processing for large and medium AI models.
