According to official news, the N3 Compute Network testnet of Network3 has opened whitelist applications and will launch testnet staking mining on December 26 at 8:00 am (GMT+8). High-performance GPU providers can participate in staking mining while earning rental income. GPU renters can acquire high-performance computing power at an average cost 50% below market prices. Computing power owners, developers, or institutions can apply for the whitelist through official channels. In addition, the platform plans to open joint mining features to users without high-performance GPU devices in the future, allowing users to participate in staking to earn token rewards. It is reported that Network3 has launched a Pre-TGE airdrop event and plans to go live on multiple well-known exchanges in January next year.
The launch of the N3 Compute Network marks further improvements by Network3 in the decentralized Edge AI infrastructure field. It upgrades from small model application inference of Edge AI to supporting computationally intensive tasks such as training, fine-tuning, and data processing for large and medium AI models.
