Is it really a bull market now?
At present, I believe the overall market has approached a temporary bottom, especially with the widespread plummet of altcoins. Many cryptocurrencies have already halved, and retail investor sentiment is generally fearful.
In my view, this round of decline is caused by human factors, aimed at suppressing the spot market. Especially on the day before Powell's speech, the market had already shown a downward trend, with daily divergence, weekly TD13 signals, and the entry of large short positions (these short positions have now all been closed), which makes me feel that all of this is not a coincidence.
I hope everyone can control their emotions now, rather than asking bloggers about the trend of a specific coin everywhere. Don’t let someone’s casual comment about your holdings shake your judgment easily; this will only increase unnecessary anxiety. If you trade spot without conviction (a coin you recognize), then you really are not suited to continue participating in this market; you will sell at a loss sooner or later.
If you are a contract trader and believe the bull market is not over, then you should remain patient now and not rush to enter the market. The market may continue to rise, and if you short just for a meager profit, that is irrational. Even if you are lucky enough to make a small profit, it is merely luck; you may still face losses in the future because you have not fully considered the risks.
If you think the market has arrived, then I can only wish you good luck. After all, in a bull market, the rotation of funds generally follows: Bitcoin > Ethereum > Altcoins. Currently, funds are flowing into Ethereum, and you can check the inflow of Ethereum on Coinbase.
(The bears may have different views, but I hope you can allow me to express my opinion.) For contract traders, I want to emphasize that you must set stop-loss orders when entering the market; never blindly hold losing positions. Every day you can see many people holding losing positions asking if they can break even. Our goal is to earn stable returns through reasonable risk control, rather than blindly holding large positions and not being able to take profits when the market reverses.
