Deep Tide TechFlow News, on December 21, according to FoxBusiness reporter Eleanor Terrett, former U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) Director Brian Brooks has joined the MicroStrategy board of directors as an independent director in December 2024.

Brooks previously served as the chairman and CEO of Meridian Capital Group, one of the leading commercial real estate finance, investment sales, and retail leasing advisory firms in the United States. Brooks also served as the CEO of Binance US.
