Don't touch altcoins right now!
After the Federal Reserve meeting, things have gotten complicated, and I will elaborate in my next piece. But for now, I must rationally shout out this: stop trading those altcoins. No matter how those so-called cryptocurrency masters try to persuade you to buy this or that. We still don't know where the bottom is after this drop, and there are no reliable signals.
Let’s briefly discuss the current situation:
Yesterday, the Federal Reserve cut interest rates by 0.25%, and as soon as Powell spoke, the market started to shake again – and this is not the first time. Over the past few months, cryptocurrencies and stocks have surged crazily; this correction was long overdue. When the dollar is strong, BTC will be pressured.
So what should we do?
For spot trading, just stay put. If your position is stable, hold on to it; if the uptrend is good, you can consider dollar-cost averaging (DCA), but don’t rush; wait for signals to become clear before taking action. The futures market is chaotic and needs to be approached with caution. I am bullish on LINK, but I haven't made a profit yet; I need to keep an eye on it and only act when the opportunity is clear. Small trades are okay, but let’s wait for the market to stabilize before making bigger moves. I'm quite worried about BTC.D. If BTC's dominance isn't strong enough, once it rebounds to 60%, altcoins could still drop another 20-30%. It's quite grim.
The market is chaotic, and sometimes less is more. I'm being cautious right now, watching the market for the next move.
If you want to ride the waves without stumbling, just take a look at my trading account. While others chase altcoins, I manage risks – to be honest, sometimes doing nothing is the mark of a true expert. If you want to copy trades, click here.
Be smart, be patient, and let’s get through this together.
In the upcoming layout direction, I will guide everyone to target profitable opportunities in altcoins, especially those with great potential. Expecting a tenfold increase is not a problem.
