Finally back to my familiar field, large-scale bottom fishing. No plan is equivalent to planning for failure. Look at the picture below:

In a rate-cutting cycle, unlike a rate-hiking cycle, if the market is bad, don't go empty; keep a certain bottom position without moving, I personally currently have three layers.

From the end of 2022 until now, every time the Bitcoin market peaks, there is a 10% pullback, with high-level fluctuations; a 20% pullback means hitting the bottom. (Only this August had a 32-point pullback) During the bull market from 2020 to April 2021, Bitcoin had a 20% pullback.

Even if Bitcoin drops 50% in a short time, there will still be a technical oversold rebound.

Bitcoin pullback of 10%: 108500*(1-10%)=976500

Bitcoin pullback of 20%: 108500*(1-20%)=86800

Technically, Bitcoin has short-term support at 95600.

These are the reference standards for left-side trading (pre-ambushing), Bitcoin, Ethereum, and altcoins are the same.

Bitcoin and Ethereum should at least account for half of the positions, for example, look at the picture below:

For altcoins, the buying entry point is not very good; a halving position requires preparing to add twice; if the buying entry point is appropriate (Bitcoin has pulled back 20%), adding once is enough.

Note: Not all funds should be ambushed on the left side; if you encounter extreme market conditions, it’s easy to get stuck.

For example: I currently have three layers of positions, if there is a 10% pullback, I won't add; if there's a 20% pullback, I will add three layers, totaling six layers.

Remaining four layers of positions, unless Bitcoin drops 50% in the short term, or there are obvious signs of rebound on the right side (narrow stop loss) before entering again, generally I won't touch it.

Right-side trading means waiting for the upward trend to start, or just after it starts before entering.

Although the buying price is not too low, it must be bought when the market starts, with good liquidity, so you won't be stuck, and you'll start making money as soon as you buy.

Always bullish, always tearful. Wyckoff bullish model: second bottom does not break, then rebounds.

Speaking of right-side trends, at the beginning of a major market, it is all strong one-sided upward trends, simple and mindless, just close your eyes and earn (you can check my first post).

Yesterday, the Federal Reserve's rate cut was bearish, and next is the Christmas selling spree around December 25 (bearish), the Spring Festival has its mysteries, buying a month before the New Year has yielded good returns since 2015, with only one exception (bullish).
