What does it mean for a target not to want to rise? It actually means that those that everyone else is rising, I will also pull up a bit, and then wait until all the other coins have risen, and it’s my turn.
Then, it seems like everyone is going to consolidate, and the price can’t move up anymore. As a result, it directly falls.
To put it bluntly, these coins lack real demand or buying power behind them, or retail investors simply don’t engage, and market makers move the market slightly, pulling the price up.
Then retail investors see the price starting to rise, and they rush in. The difference between strong coins and weak coins is actually the difference in the time and strength of their rises.
