BlockBeats news, December 12, according to CoinDesk, Microsoft’s recent filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission show that only 0.55% of shareholders voted in favor of a proposal to include Bitcoin (BTC) on the company’s balance sheet.

This proposal was submitted for shareholder voting on November 10, proposed by the National Center for Public Policy Research, suggesting that Microsoft allocate 1% of its total assets to BTC as a potential hedge against inflation.
