Dai Lo announced the successful completion of the acquisition of Fractal, marking an important milestone in the fields of blockchain technology and privacy innovation. After months of strategic negotiations, this undisclosed amount transaction has been officially completed. Through this acquisition, Dai Lo will fully integrate Fractal's Zero-Knowledge (ZK) technology and further promote the realization of its future vision.
This acquisition includes Fractal's technology patents, token reserves, intellectual property, and most importantly, community resources. Dai Lo will continue to build on the foundation laid by Fractal's founders, dedicated to bringing disruptive privacy solutions to users.
"Fractal should be a core component of DeFi, AI, and other blockchain technologies. Privacy is an indispensable feature that should be realized in every application and on every chain." — Gary Mitchell
Fractal's Strategic Positioning
Earlier this year, Dai Lo began exploring potential projects in the blockchain ecosystem, such as Bitcoin, UTXO, BRC20, and Runes. Fractal stood out with its immense potential, but previously failed to fully realize its value due to a lack of resource support.
While Fractal is already capable of operating independently as a Layer 1 or Layer 2 platform, its greatest advantage lies in being a foundational technology component that connects blockchain with traditional Web2 applications. Fractal, with privacy technology at its core, has the potential to redefine the market.
"We believe this project has the potential to reach a market value of $1 billion or even higher," says Gary Mitchell, head of Dai Lo. "Our goal is to turn this potential into reality and build a future prioritized by privacy."

The team consists of 10 developers focused on AI, ZK technology, and other areas.
Future Plans
Rebuilding the Fractal community is the team's top priority. Dai Lo is committed to revitalizing the community by improving transparency, rebuilding trust, and attracting more supporters. At the same time, the team will reposition Fractal's brand, returning to its core focus on privacy technology.
"Privacy is not just a feature; it is the foundation of the entire system," says Yeolin Han. "Fractal will empower users with the right to choose whether to disclose or keep information private, completely revolutionizing the privacy experience of on-chain transactions."
In addition, the team plans to promote Fractal's technology to multiple fields such as DeFi and AI, making privacy a core feature of every application and driving Fractal to become an indispensable part of blockchain technology.
Acknowledgments and Outlook
With the dissolution of the team behind Fractal, Discreet Labs, Dai Lo expresses gratitude to all contributors who laid the groundwork for this acquisition, especially Sam Harrison for his significant contributions to the deal.
Dai Lo looks forward to opening a new chapter for Fractal and plans to elevate it to unprecedented heights. The team sincerely invites the community to participate together in shaping the future of $FRA and new directions for blockchain technology.
