PANews reported on December 3 that RTFKT, an NFT project under Nike, officially announced plans to gradually cease operations this morning. According to the statement:
All web3 services will be shut down by the end of January 2025.
An updated website will be launched to showcase RTFKT's groundbreaking work.
The final innovative project, MNLTH X, featuring the BLADE DROP series, will be released in December.
Since its establishment, RTFKT has launched projects such as the Clone X series in collaboration with Takashi Murakami and the physical manifestation of digital sneakers. The project stated that although operations will come to an end, the spirit of innovation represented by RTFKT will continue through the creators and projects it has inspired. Specific information regarding collections and services will be communicated through the official Discord and other channels.
