🚀Bitcoin to the moon! Less than 13% away from $100K milestone!
Bitcoin has surged past $88,000, gaining 10.6% in the past 24 hours alone and is now less than 13% away from the $100,000 milestone.
At the time of writing, Bitcoin is continuing to climb, hitting fresh all-time highs and looks set to continue its bullish momentum.
Last week, CNBC analysts predicted that Bitcoin could hit $100,000 by the end of the year should Donald Trump win the 2024 US presidential election.
That prediction is now looking increasingly likely, with markets on leading crypto prediction platform Polymarket giving Bitcoin a greater than 50% chance of hitting $100,000.
Meanwhile, there has also been a flurry of activity in the derivatives markets, with over $110 million liquidated in the past four hours alone, the vast majority of which (over $78.04 million) was from over-leveraged short positions.
All in all, with sentiment bullish, the question on every investor and analysts’ lips is whether Bitcoin can hit $100,000 before the end of the year!
