On November 5th at 1 PM Beijing time, and at midnight on November 5th Eastern Time, the United States elections officially begin voting, starting with two towns in New Hampshire.

Then, at 7 PM Beijing time on the same day, and at 6 AM Eastern Time, all states in the U.S. will begin voting.

Voting will end between 8 AM to 11 AM Beijing time on November 6th, and from 7 PM to 10 PM Eastern Time on November 5th.

In short:

Voting is allowed from midnight to 10 PM Eastern Time on November 5th, a total of 21 hours.
