According to PANews, OpenAI announced on Monday local time that it has officially opened the AI video generation model Sora. The system can generate realistic videos based on text prompts, 10 months after its first preview.
Sora will be available later that day to paid ChatGPT users in the U.S. and other markets. The new tool Sora Turbo can generate videos up to 20 seconds long and offers various variants.
OpenAI CEO Altman stated that the initial use of Sora is limited, ChatGPT Plus users can generate 50 low-resolution videos per month, and ChatGPT Pro users can generate unlimited high-resolution videos and 500 quick videos.
