"Technical Issues Delay HMSTR Token Airdrop by Hamster Kombat Team"

The game Hamster Kombat on Telegram has delayed its HMSTR token airdrop due to technical issues.

The team postponed the event to avoid overwhelming the TON Blockchain, affecting around 300 million players and investors.

Despite the delay, the team has assured that all registered players will receive tokens based on their in-game activities, with the only requirement being to link their TON wallet to their player profile.

In the meantime, exchanges like OKX, ByBit, KuCoin, Gate.io, and BitGet are showing interest in the HMSTR token, with OKX already offering pre-market futures trading.

According to the game's whitepaper, 60% of the tokens will go to players, with the rest allocated for partnerships, market liquidity, and other uses.

The development team does not plan to sell their token allocations, focusing instead on creating a sustainable business model.

Another game, TapSwap, is also facing delays in its token generation event planned for the third quarter of 2024. The founder, Naz Ventura, emphasized that they are working to ensure the best possible product before announcing a specific date.

Both games follow the model of Notcoin, a leading tap-to-earn game that previously distributed 80 billion NOT tokens, totaling approximately $1 billion in rewards.
