Most news are inconsequential in counter-markets (bullish or bearish), but Mt. Gox news, represents a REAL sell pressure, that has a HUGE influence on the markets, that could NOT be accounted-for by price (as the date was unknown) and that has true sell intent (the guys from exchange had their funds frozen since 2014 - MOST I predict will sell, portion or everything.).
