I am kind of sure the scenario will repeat and i expect a 10-15% drop in $ETH after it get’s approved.

Although i am sure but i avoided shorting it because volatility is high.

Don’t try to understand the SEC psychology, they are made to scam you by making you think that they will take decisions based on previous announcements.
