➡️The Community call was held last Wednesday at 20:00 IST @ Discord.
➡️The hosts were Viv and Alex
➡️According to Alex and Viv,
➡️A new ambassador role with a higher status than the Maestro will be introduced to keep ambassadors motivated.
➡️There was a dev call Last Friday and here's what is most important in terms of technicals👇
🔵Bi-weekly Meetings were introduced to foster collaboration.
🔵The introduction of the Mainnet Action Plan:
A minimum acceptance criteria for:
1️⃣AleoBFT consensus
2️⃣Client Synchronization
3️⃣Public/Private Transactions
4️⃣Programs Deployments and
5️⃣Coin-base puzzle
is in the works.
🔵Currently 50% of Devnet Testing is completed and the puzzle integration is in progress.
🔵The team expects to Complete Devnet Testing, Integration of the puzzle and Audits for ARC 37/38 Standards to be done by the 1st of April.
🔵There will be a code freeze by May
🔵Testnet3 currently has some outages and is going to be deprecated and a stable public testnet is underway.

➡️The new coin-base algorithm is mostly done with development but is required to be finalized and integrated, then an audit will be performed which is estimated to take roughly 2 months.
➡️The algorithm will be released a month before mainnet
➡️Tokenomics is live on the website for the public to observe.
➡️Most of the insiders [Investors, Team etc] -> 1 year cliff, then a 24-month vesting schedule
Although they are locked, they can still stake.
➡️Grantees/Testnet Participants --> No lockup if not US based, else 1 year lockup.
➡️Do note that the inflation in the tokenomics page is an estimate, which might change.
➡️Mining is initially planned to be GPU-based but will transition to ASIC-compatibility as the blockchain evolves.
[The new algorithm is expected to be memory-heavy, so the setup is likely to be complex]
➡️A new governance section named loose-thoughts is live in Discord for users to discuss related topics.
