According to BlockBeats, Tether, a prominent player in the virtual and crypto asset space, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with BTguru, a leading technology and strategy company specializing in virtual and crypto assets, on July 2. The MoU aims to assess the state of digital asset education in Turkey.

This partnership is part of Tether's broader vision for Tether EDU, which seeks to create a world where education is unrestricted and accessible to everyone, everywhere. By supporting initiatives that break down educational barriers, Tether provides opportunities in emerging markets and other regions, aiming to prepare individuals for the challenges and opportunities of the digital age. This effort goes beyond traditional learning methods, aiming to lay the foundation for lifelong success.

The MoU signed with BTguru aims to evaluate the development of a comprehensive plan, introduce the benefits of blockchain and peer-to-peer technologies to private and public stakeholders, and leverage BTguru's connections to facilitate discussions with Turkish financial institutions. In addition, both parties will explore use cases for asset tokenization in the real world and evaluate regional payment network scenarios using Btguru Core.
