According to Odaily, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Nigeria has revised its rules concerning the issuance, trading platforms, exchanges, and custody of digital assets. In an official notice released to the public, the SEC outlined its plans to update these crucial regulations. As part of this regulatory reform, the U.S. SEC has launched a special compliance program called the 'Accelerated Regulatory Incubation Program' (ARIP). This program is specifically designed for Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP), who are expected to complete their applications within 30 days of the announcement.
