According to Foresight News, the cross-chain bridge, zkBridge, is set to support BNB Chain Haber and Tycho hard forks. This upgrade will introduce several changes to zkBridge. A new field, WithdrawalsHash, will be introduced in the block title, which will alter the calculation logic of BlockHash. The logic related to BlockHash verification in the circuit will be updated to incorporate the newly added field into the BlockHash calculation.
Additionally, a new transaction type, BlobTxType, will be introduced, which will affect the calculation of transaction receiptsRoot. However, this change will not impact the zkBridge contract. These updates are expected to enhance the functionality and efficiency of zkBridge, further strengthening its role in the blockchain ecosystem.
