Nasdaq has filed with the SEC requesting an increase in the position limit of the Blackrock BTC Spot ETF (IBIT) from 25,000 to 250,000 shares. Position limits are the maximum number of ETF shares that an institution or individual investor can hold. Bitwise portfolio manager and head of alpha strategy, Jeffrey Park, tweeted via X that "I find it reasonable to set the position limit to 400,000 shares given the volume that IBIT trades."
