According to Odaily, Tether has announced plans to coordinate with third-party exchanges for a cross-chain swap. This operation will involve converting a portion of USDT from various blockchains to USDT on the Tron network. The total supply of USDT will remain unchanged during this process, with the amount involved estimated to be around 1 billion USDT, although this figure may vary.
