what do you think that $DOGE price will restore it's value to 0.42 or it will show down trend after touching 0.3450 ?

Whereas ,some other experts also suggest that Doge is making history this month or may be in Feb.

so ,Should small investers hold it or Sell it even at 0.3450 to be safe from a huge Loss ?
