🚀 2024 L1 Recap: $TRX Flexes Hard! 💪📈.... Alright, fam, it’s confession time: We’re TRX stans. After seeing its glow-up this year, how could we not be?
1️⃣ Price Action: TRX went from $0.108 to $0.253 in 2024—a solid 134% gain! 📈 Not too shabby. And who could forget December 3rd? 📍🚀 TRX hit a jaw-dropping $0.416, riding the altcoin hype train. Sure, it was a one-day wonder, but some speedy sellers cashed out big. Us? We’re still kicking ourselves for not stacking more TRX when it was dirt cheap. 😁
2️⃣ Users & Transactions: TRX’s daily stats were 🔥. Think 5 million+ transactions and 2 users a day on average (okay, we’re rounding down a bit, but you get the point). TRX ranked #2 in daily users and transactions, just behind $SOL . Most of the action? Wallet transfers (70%) and stablecoin activity (10%).
3️⃣ Fees: TRX raked in a cool $2 million daily in fees, thanks to SunPump (their memecoin launchpad that’s basically a money printer). Compare that to #AVAX ’s $10k or #DOT ’s $1.4 (yes, you read that right), and it’s clear TRX is living large. 🥴💨
4️⃣ TVL (Total Value Locked): TRX ended the year with $7.4 billion in TVL, slightly down from $8 billion at the start but still flexing as the #3 L1, behind only $ETH and SOL. Poor #SUI , with its $1.6 billion TVL, has some serious catching up to do. 😅
5️⃣ Stablecoins: TRX is a stablecoin beast. Its supply grew from $47 billion to $60 billion, snagging 32% of the global stablecoin pie. 🌹💪 Over half of all USDT in circulation now lives on #TRX . ETH may hold the top spot, but TRX is right there, showing why it’s a force to be reckoned with. ↗️😌
