JUDGE PUSHES CFTC v. GEMINI TRIAL TO JANUARY 21
So, Gemini’s trial with the CFTC is getting pushed to January 21, 2025.
This is a case that’s been brewing since 2022 about Gemini allegedly lying about their Bitcoin futures bid back in 2017.
Now, with Trump stepping into office, the CFTC’s vibe could totally shift.
Some say the new administration might go easy on crypto, and even replace the current CFTC head.
