In a significant move, Mayan and Rango Exchange have announced a partnership to improve cross-chain trading in decentralized finance (DeFi). This latest collaboration brings together Mayan’s bridging and cross chain swap technology to Rango platform. By doing this, users and decentralized apps (dApps) will have easy, fast, and secure cross chain trading options.
Excited to announce that Rango has integrated @MayanFinance, powered by @Wormhole! This integration unlocks seamless #crosschain swaps with faster speeds, better rates, and unparalleled UX for Solana and beyond.Your gateway to the future of #DEFI starts with Rango! … pic.twitter.com/0HANRSmZPs

Mayan and Rango Collaboration Improves Cross-Chain Efficiency and Cost
Built on the Wormhole blockchain, Mayan allows user to swap tokens across Solana, Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, and Avalanche at a low cost. Mayan offers three methods to balance speed and cost: Liquidity Layer utilizes Solana as a hub, applies Mayan Circle Transfer Protocol (MCTP) which uses Circle’s CCTP for transfers, and uses Swift which is a fast method to lock funds on one chain, and execute the trade on the other chain. This enables faster, secure, and competitive cross chain swaps for users.
Mayan’s technology will be added to Rango Exchange. It is a decentralized exchange (DEX) in digital assets world. The integration increases the cross-chain capabilities of TokenRango. Generally, Rango users will receive faster swaps and lower fees by accessing Mayan’s liquidity layer, MCTP, or Swift. Furthermore, dApps that utilize Rango’s API will have smooth cross-chain trading. This means they will also be able to provide their users with advanced functionality, without requiring any training.
Mayan and Rango to Revolutionize DeFi
Improving the user experience of cross chain swaps have become simpler and faster. This reduces the need for transactions and guarantees users competitive rates. The integration helps developers simplify the cross- chain features without complexity.
Finally, the relationship among Mayan and Rango constitutes a new norm that DeFi has come to know about cross-chain interoperability. This collaboration will help both companies to grow to revolutionize the DeFi ecosystem.
