Reuters: The Biden administration plans to blacklist Sophgo, a Chinese company whose TSMC-made chip was illegally incorporated into a Huawei artificial-intelligence processor. Sophgo and Bitmain, the world's largest Bitcoin mining machine and chip company, were both founded by Micree Zhan.
