Closed Crypto Exchanges' User Assets Transferred to Digital Asset Protection Foundation According to SBS Biz, the Digital Asset Protection Foundation has successfully transferred the assets of approximately 40,000 users from five recently closed crypto exchange platforms. These exchanges include AProKorea, 10NT, Hanbitco, Qubit, PayProtocol, and AG. The Protection Foundation has pledged to complete negotiations with up to eight additional closed exchange operators this year, with the goal of transferring user assets held by these platforms as well. These assets include customer deposits held by CoinMarket exchange operators that were received and held before March 2021, the date of implementation of the real-name verification deposit and withdrawal system under the revised Specific Financial Information Act. By consolidating these assets under the Digital Asset Protection Foundation, users can rest assured that their funds are being held securely and in accordance with industry best practices. The transfer of these assets is a significant step towards restoring confidence in the crypto industry and protecting investors.
