On November 25, BlockBeats news reported that if Bitcoin surpasses $100,000, the cumulative short order liquidation intensity on mainstream Cryptocurrency Exchanges (CEX) will reach 791 million. On the other hand, if Bitcoin drops below $97,000, the cumulative long order liquidation intensity on these CEX will hit 593 million.
It’s worth noting that the liquidation chart doesn’t provide the accurate number or value of contracts being liquidated, but it does show the relative strength of each liquidation cluster compared to nearby clusters. This indicates how much the underlying price will be affected when it hits a particular position.
A higher “liquidation bar” signifies a stronger response from the price to the liquidity wave later on.
