🔴 FTX files a $1.76 billion lawsuit against Binance
FTX has filed a lawsuit against Binance and its co-founder CZ, seeking the return of $1.76 billion, which they claim was fraudulently transferred during a 2021 stock buyback deal.
The lawsuit alleges that the buyback was funded with FTX clients' funds through the financially insolvent Alameda Research.
