According to BlockBeats, Ubisoft is set to release 10,000 NFTs on the Arbitrum blockchain through Magic Eden in the coming weeks. These NFTs will grant holders early access to the upcoming shooter game 'Captain Laserhawk: The GAME.'

The game is set in a dystopian world and draws inspiration from the Netflix series 'Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix,' which itself is inspired by Ubisoft's 'Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon.' The multiplayer competitive game is expected to feature iconic characters from 'Assassin's Creed.' Didier Genevois, Ubisoft's Web3 Executive Producer, stated in a press release, 'By integrating Web3, we enable our community not only to play the game but also to shape its future.'

Previously, on August 6, BlockBeats reported that the Arbitrum Foundation and Sequence were collaborating with Ubisoft Labs to develop the Web3 game 'Captain Laserhawk: The GAME.' The game will be built on Arbitrum, with Sequence providing essential blockchain tools.
