Hey Guys...I need Help

I have deposited the #HMSTR token from my other exchange account to Binance, to add memo along with address is Mandatory to deposit tokens in Binance account but have not seen any field to add memo in other exchange to simply add address any after necessary verification initiate the request but have not received tokens yet in Binance now it's been more than hour what should do
