According to News.bitcoin, American coffee company Compass Coffee has completed an international purchase of a batch of Salvadoran coffee using Bitcoin. The purchase was the result of a series of meetings between the Salvadoran Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Compass Coffee in 2022. Compass Coffee will also allow coffee buyers to send tips directly to producers' Bitcoin wallets.
