#Binance is set to facilitate the Galxe (GAL) token swap, redenomination, and rebranding to Gravity (G).
Beginning July 15, 2024, at 03:00 (UTC), Binance will cease all trading of existing GAL spot pairs (GAL/BTC, GAL/USDT, GAL/TRY) and cancel any pending GAL spot orders. Trading for the new G/USDT and G/TRY pairs will commence on July 19, 2024, at 08:00 (UTC).
To ensure a smooth transition, deposits and withdrawals of GAL will be suspended from July 15, 2024, at 03:30 (UTC). Please allow adequate time for GAL deposits to process fully before this deadline. Binance will announce separately when deposits and withdrawals of G tokens will resume post-event.
Following completion of the event, GAL withdrawals will no longer be supported on Binance. Technical aspects concerning user involvement will be managed by Binance, while further details can be accessed via the project team's official announcement.
Token Swap and Redenomination:
- GAL tokens will be rebranded under the ticker symbol G on Binance.
- Each GAL token will be swapped at a ratio of 1 GAL = 60 G.
