DZ Bank, one of the largest banks in Germany, has launched a crypto custody platform for institutional clients in November 2023. The bank is also reportedly planning to offer Bitcoin trading services to its customers before the end of 2024.

However, these plans are still in the pilot phase and subject to regulatory approval.
