El airdrop de @Jupiter 🪐 en la red de #solana ya es una realidad, y es que han pasado semanas desde que se anunció la aprobación del mismo en una votación con mucha participación de la comunidad. Así mismo, al anunciarse la posible fecha de repartición del #Airdrop , ya se anunciaron los criterios de elegibilidad más a detalle ¿Cuáles serán los criterios de elegibilidad para este airdrop? Exploremos.

Primero tenemos que saber que el airdrop del 2025 será un airdrop muy diferente al del 2024, en el sentido que hay mucha más gente en el ecosistema de Solana hoy en día, haciendo volumen por la fiebre de las #memecoins y utilizando los distintos productos de #jupiter .

Es por ello que, observando los criterios, he notado que han sido muy drásticos eligiendo las billeteras que recibirán el airdrop, y estos a su vez serán dividido en niveles según el volumen de actividad que realizaste.

En total se repartirán 700 millones de tokens #JUP para el airdrop, de los cuales 425 millones de JUP irán para los usuarios que realizaron actividades en los productos de Jupiter y 75 millones a los que están haciendo staking de JUP. Además 200 millones de JUP irán para incentivos (zanahorias) y para aquellos que contribuyeron al ecosistema de Jupiter.

¿Cuánto de volumen mínimo tenías que hacer para recibir el airdrop de jupiter?
Usando el DEX de Jupiter, tenías que haber movido alrededor de $ 1,000 dólares en volumen (a través de swaps) para que seas considerado dentro de esta categoría. Además, según tu actividad, se dividen en niveles, mayor volumen, mayor recompensa. Solo dentro de esta categoría han sido elegido aproximadamente 2 millones de billeteras.

¿Seré elegible si he utilizado otros productos de jupiter?
Si, ya que jupiter cuenta con distintos productos y lo que buscan es incentivar el uso de ellos. Dentro de ellos se consideran aquellos que utilizaron las operaciones en perpetuos, DCA , APE para memecoins, entre otros. Solo en esta categoría han sido considerado 320,000 billeteras.

¿Qué sucede si solo hice staking de mis tokens JUP y participé en la gobernanza?

También recibirás una parte del airdop, la cual es de 0.1 JUP por cada JUP que tengas en staking. Adicional a ello, si es que fuiste un miembro activo en las votaciones y no te perdiste alguna, recibirás 0.3 JUP por cada token JUP en staking. Recuerda que el snapshot ya fue hecho.  

¿Qué significan los incentivos zanahorias?

Este es un incentivo que acaban de anunciar, en donde darán un airdrop adicional a aquellos que reclamen y hagan staking de sus tokens JUP a través de la aplicación móvil de Jupiter (disponible ahora para Android y IOS).

¿A qué se refieren cuando mencionan a los “gatos buenos”?

Este es un término que tiene que ver con todos los miembros de la comunidad que alguna vez contribuyeron con el ecosistema de jupiter, esto a través de hilos en twitter, contenido en otras redes sociales, videos, investigaciones, etc. Para identificar a aquellos que son “gatos buenos”, tendrán que aplicar y pasar por un proceso, en donde se verificará todo. Esto estará disponible a principios de enero.

Todo lo que mencione en este artículo está sujeto a cambios, ya que los miembros de jupiter están constantemente escuchando a la comunidad e intercambiando ideas, observando cada detalle con atención.

En cuanto a las primeras opiniones, hay ciertos reclamos respecto a los niveles (tiers), dado que, viendo la tabla, un nivel está mucho más alejado que otro. Lo otro es respecto a los stakers, dado que no se sabe quiénes recibirán ese JUP adicional (¿serán elegidos los que no se perdieron una sola votación?).

Recuerda que este airdrop es un regalo para todos aquellos que confían en los productos de Jupiter, es una manera también de extenderse a más usuarios. Con nuevas incorporaciones como su aplicación móvil ya disponible para casi todos los dispositivos, este es el comienzo de una mayor adopción. El checker oficial para el airdrop recién lo tendremos en enero.

Jupiter, a DEX Aggregator platform on Solana, has unveiled the criteria for its second airdrop scheduled for January 2025.
The allocation plan for this airdrop includes 700 million JUP, which is equivalent to $581 million at the current market price.
2.3 Million Wallets Eligible for Jupiter’s Second Airdrop
According to Jupiter, the 700 million JUP for this airdrop will be distributed across two groups. Specifically, Jupiter will allocate 500 million JUP to Users and Stakers and the remaining 200 million JUP to Carrots and Good Cats:
Users: Individuals who perform transactions on the platform, such as swaps.Stakers: Those participating in staking.Carrots: Users who continue holding their airdrop rewards, purchase/increase their JUP holdings, or are compensated after being mistakenly flagged as bots.Good Cats: Contributors who make quality contributions to the community.

Additionally, Jupiter revealed that 2.32 million wallets out of a total of 10.65 million wallets are eligible, accounting for approximately 22%. Among these, 2 million wallets meet the criteria of having a swap volume of around $1,000. In comparison, 320,000 wallets belong to Expert Traders who utilize advanced features like limit orders, perpetual swaps, DCA, and Ape Pro.
Jupiter also noted that these conditions are drafts. They are subject to possible changes.

Earlier this year, Jupiter conducted its first airdrop, which became one of the largest in Solana’s history. The platform distributed 1 billion JUP to nearly 1 million wallets. Following the airdrop, the JUP price surged 300%, rising from $0.45 to an all-time high of $1.85.
However, JUP is currently trading at around $0.85, with no significant price changes since the second airdrop criteria were announced.

Data shows that JUP currently has a circulating supply of 1.35 billion, with a maximum supply of 10 billion. In August, the platform proposed and gained 95% approval to burn 3 billion JUP—30% of the total supply—over six months
Additionally, data from DefiLlama shows Jupiter’s total value locked reached over $2.4 billion in December. Daily Perps volume on the platform averaged $1.5 billion in the past two months.
This is double the average volume of other months this year. The data reflects the growing demand for trading on Jupiter
