$BTC My advice to you small traders is to wait for the big moves. preferably a good long will help you recoup your losses. wait for a good drop like the one we had to 49k and then enter long. Use Isolated Margin with no more than 5%, preferably less, depending on your capital. Leverage 10x to 50x

Why Isolated Margin? Because if the trade goes right, you have a chance to double your 5%. If it goes bad, the position is liquidated and the rest of your money is safe.

Many traders do not use Isolated Margin and end of blowing up their accounts on 1 or 2 bad trades. Change your ways today and start using Isolated Margin because it will change how you see trading. Before you enter a trade with the isolated margin, you will see liquidation price, so make sure you don't use more than the leverage I suggested for good results.

Today, I want to introduce you to Isolated Margin Trading. Many people ignore this, yet it's one of the most effective ways to stay in the trading game longer!

Benefits of Isolated Margin:

1. It forces you to be precise about how much you are willing to risk on each trade
2. Position liquidation vs Account liquidation:
if the trade you entered goes bad and you did not put a stop loss, the position is liquidated and the rest of your account is safe
3. If you put a stop loss you can determine how much you're willing to lose. 20%? 30% or 50%?
4. The rest of your account balance is safe!

How To Use Isolated Margin Effectively:

1. Use between 2-5% for the trade
2. Maximum leverage should be 25x for day trading
3. For scalping some people use up to 65x but know that your liquidation risk increases so you better stick to low leverage like 10x, 15x and 20x
3. Put a stop loss of 20% to 50% depending on your risk tolerance.
4. Put a take profit target according to your analysis

Another observation doing great so far. it's only possible with your proper risk management. No one can liquidate your position when your trade is only 2% of your portfolio. Unfortunately, so many of us learn Take profit targets before learning proper risk management. Crypto offers great opportunities but also the Volatility is there.

This observation already turned out good. Proper risk management is your key to success. This is why I stopped risking a huge amount at once. Instead, if you plan to use as much as 10% for a trade why not wait for a good entry like this and use 2% and hold. Then when your trade is negative 2x or more DCA one time and keep holding. This will work but you must have a good entry and as you know every quick dump has a recovery wether it takes a week or a day, it will happen. The patient holder with the good risk management always wins 🏆
