if you use spot grid bots pls read and check returned fees from history
the system which makes grid bots use bnb from spot and return original coin fees reserved by bots to spot account is failing again ! i tried customer support agents many times every time i have to make agents understand how system works sadly many agents clueless about this tistem after 10-20 min struggle they say we passed it to relevent team but nothing happens
last week it skipped 2 days bots didnt use bnb even if they are available in spot acc
so bots paid 25 percent more trading fees
now its gliching again its more than a day behind stopped paying and deducting bnb from spot acc
