The central bank of the United States Federal Reserve (The Fed) has released the schedule for the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) or meetings of the United States Central Bank Policy Meeting throughout 2023. The FOMC itself is a meeting held to determine the appropriate monetary policy stance, as well as assess risk objectives long-term price stability and sustainable economic growth. This includes interest rates, money supply, price stability, buying and selling of stocks or bonds, and employment. As is known, FOMC meetings always attract the attention of many countries because the decisions of the meeting results not only affect their own country, but also the movement of the world economy. This is because changes in the Fed's interest rates affect other short-term interest rates, foreign exchange rates, long-term interest rates, the amount of money and credit, and ultimately, various economic variables, including employment, and the prices of goods and services. In carrying out its functions, the FOMC consists of 12 members. The 12 members consist of 7 members of the Board of Governors and 5 Federal Reserve Presidents from various regions who are elected alternately, except for the New York Fed. Every year, the FOMC holds regular meetings at least 8 times per year. Especially on the Crypto market, usually on the date when the results of this meeting are announced, it always greatly influences the price of all cryptocurrencies. Prices become very volatile. So that when used it can provide a sizable profit.
