Anti-MEV Measures: To mitigate risks of validators manipulating transaction ordering for profit, additional fees may be allocated to the SystemRewardContract. 4. Security & Liveness: Validator rotation and the requirement for active participation of over half the validators safeguard network integrity and prevent centralization risks. Action Required for Centralized Exchanges (CEXs): CEXs that support #BSC need to: Integrate the Fast Finality API to ensure seamless deposit confirmations under the new block production system. Implement a 60-Block Confirmation Fallback in case the Fast Finality API fails, as an added security measure.
