Understanding your Portfolio Margin information is important to manage risks well and make smart choices when trading. This article will show you how to check your Portfolio Margin information from your Binance account and trading page.

How to view your Portfolio Margin information from your Binance account?

1. Log in to your Binance account and mouse over the wallet icon. Click [Portfolio Margin].
2. You’ll see data points related to your Portfolio Margin account.
*All data points are in USD, except for Unified Maintenance Margin Ratio (uniMMR):
  • Unified Maintenance Margin Ratio (UniMMR): The minimum amount of equity required to maintain your open positions. UniMMR takes into account your entire portfolio and is calculated based on the risk of all your positions. (1)
  • Adjusted Equity: The total value of your assets in your Portfolio Margin account, including assets collateral rate, Open Loss, and minus any outstanding debt.
Adjusted Equity determines your liquidation risk and available balance for trading. (2)
  • Available Balance: The funds available for trading in your Portfolio Margin account. The Available Balance takes into account your Adjusted Equity and any margin requirements for your open positions. (3)
  • Initial Margin: The minimum amount of collateral required to open a new position. The Initial Margin is calculated based on the size and leverage of the position you want to open. (4)
  • Maintenance Margin: The minimum equity required to maintain your current positions. If your Adjusted Equity falls below the Maintenance Margin, you may be at risk of liquidation. (5)
  • Total Debt: The total USD value of the margin loan (borrowed assets in Margin Account) and negative balances across your Cross Margin, USDⓈ-M Futures, and COIN-M Futures accounts, including unrepaid interests. (6)
  • Unrealized PNL: The total unrealized profit in the Portfolio Margin Wallet, including Cross Margin, and USDⓈ-M and COIN-M Futures Wallets. (7)
