Il disegno di legge FIT21 sulla regolamentazione delle criptovalute avanza alla Camera degli Stati Uniti, affronta un futuro incerto al Senato
Secondo Cointelegraph: La Camera dei Rappresentanti degli Stati Uniti ha votato a favore del Financial Innovation and Technology for the 21st Century Act (FIT21), volto a chiarire le regole dei regolatori di titoli e materie prime nella supervisione delle criptovalute. Il prossimo passo per il disegno di legge è un percorso potenzialmente impegnativo attraverso il Senato degli Stati Uniti, dove non esiste né un disegno di legge accompagnatorio né una tempistica fissa per l’azione.
Il disegno di legge FIT21, che ha visto votare a favore 71 democratici e 208 repubblicani, potrebbe incontrare una forte opposizione al Senato, considerando la presenza di eminenti critici delle criptovalute come la senatrice Elizabeth Warren. Pubblicando la revisione del Senato, se approvato, il disegno di legge passerebbe alla scrivania del presidente Biden. Il 22 maggio il Presidente ha espresso la disapprovazione della sua amministrazione nei confronti del disegno di legge, sebbene non abbia specificato la sua intenzione di porre il veto.

All eligible participants will receive an email invitation containing a link to the quiz.Each eligible participant must complete the quiz by answering all eight questions before the deadline of 2024-06-18 23:59:59 (UTC). Three lucky winners will be picked from those who answer all questions correctly, including one tie-breaker that will be independently judged for fandom and creativity.

The remaining four NFTs will be available to purchase in an auction.
