50.1% STRK Tokens allocated by StarkWare to the Foundation, designated as follows:
* 9% โ Community Provisions โ for those contributing to StarkNet's development and technology, including past users of StarkEx L2 systems. Importantly, Community Provisions are tied to verifiable work performed in the past, determining allocations based on pre-June 1, 2022, verifiable StarkEx technology usage.
* 9% โ Community Rebates โ rebates in StarkNet Tokens to offset onboarding costs from Ethereum. To prevent gaming, Community Rebates will only apply to transactions post-announcement.
* 12% โ Grants for research and work on StarkNet protocol development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
