Key Points:
Terra has accused a community member of refusing to return $LUNA that was mistakenly airdropped in May 2022.
The incident occurred due to a bug related to the CW3 multi-signature wallet.
The number of false airdrop tokens received by the community member at the time was 1,347,810,646 LUNA.
In a recent announcement on the official Twitter account, Terra accused a community member entrusted with managing the Terra community fund of refusing to return the proceeds of the trust to the community team in the airdrop taking place in May 2022.
According to Terra, due to an error in the Genesis airdrop event when Phoenix-1 was launched in May 2022. CW3 multi-sig wallets on behalf of the community holding a large amount of LUNC and USTC were blacklisted but received a LUNA airdrop that they should not have received.
2/ Leading up to the launch of Phoenix-1, there was intensive indexing work done to ensure that the right amount of $LUNA was airdropped to each user of the network. However, despite best efforts, an error was made with regard to CW3 multi-sig wallets.

The other signers returned LUNA to the community group, except for a community member named Jimmy. The number of false airdrop tokens Jimmy received at the time was 1,347,810,646 LUNA.
10/ Jimmy chose not to return the vesting $LUNA to the Community Pool and instead redelegated it to a new validator called 'The Charity Block' (https://t.co/lLTn4FINV0) on Sep. 16th, which charges 100% commission.

From May 29 to June 6, Jimmy requested staking rewards from this wallet and sent them to a centralized exchange account. He then returned these LUNA staking rewards to the community on June 11.
However, Jimmy re-authorizes these LUNAs to the LUNCDAO project privately, then delegates these LUNAs to a new validator called “Charity Block” for staking rewards.
Terra claims that they proposed a plan to Jimmy that he could return the funds and send them to the community to vote on the governance proposal, and Jimmy still ignored the request to return the money to the community copper.
It is known that Terra collapsed last May and founder Do Kwon is wanted by Korean authorities and Interpol. The Korean government is still in the process of investigating Terra’s demise, but due to the fact that Do Kwon’s exact location has not been determined, the investigation is still being prolonged.
