According to Odaily, X's legal team stated in a court filing on Friday that the social network has complied with an order to delete accounts accused of spreading misinformation and has met the Supreme Court's requirements regarding fines and the appointment of a new legal representative in Brazil. The Brazilian Supreme Court confirmed this on Saturday but noted that X has yet to submit the necessary documents to advance the case, giving the company five days to do so.

AndrƩ Zonaro Giacchetta, one of X's new lawyers in Brazil, mentioned that the conditions for X's return to Brazil have been met, but it depends on the Supreme Court's assessment. Elon Musk has publicly declared that X will continue to defy court orders, accusing the judge behind the orders of engaging in political censorship and describing the demands as the most stringent in any country on Earth.

Analysts estimate that around 40 million Brazilians use X at least once a month. X did not immediately respond to requests for comment, and neither Musk nor the social network's global government affairs page made any statements or comments on Saturday.
