ChainCatcher 消息，韩国加密货币交易所 Coinone 首席执行官车明勋（Myung-hoon Cha）正在与中型游戏公司 Com2uS Holdings 就出售公司股份进行谈判。

截至去年底，车明勋总共持股 53.46%，其中包括私人公司 The One Group（34.31%） 和他自己持股 （19.15%）。 Com2uS Holdings 占比 21.95%，Com2uS Plus 占比 16.47%。 Com2uS Plus 是 Com2uS Holdings 的 100% 子公司。通过本次股权收购，Com2uS Holdings 预计将成为 Coinone 第一大股东。

此外，Coinone 首席执行官车明勋向 Com2uS Holdings 表示其将辞去 Coinone 负责人的职务。
